At Cascade Karate students discover the practice of serious martial art, an energetic training environment, and supportive instructors committed to helping them reach their potential. We train alongside our students, leading by example and the adage “do as I do and nothing more need be said”.  And, although we enjoy training hard there is no exceptional fitness prerequisite to begin.
